This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Irrigation Pond Spillway Replacement Project, Deer Creek Golf and Banquet. The Works were performed under the Contract generally consists of temporary protections, installation of a new culvert under the existing berm by pipe ramming, abandonment of the existing culvert, and rebuilding of the existing berm with emergency spill and necessary downstream protection.
