The scope of work included, but was not limited to removals of existing structures; site grading; site services; hardscaping; landscaping; foundations; structural steel; precast concrete envelope; TPO roofing; glazing; loading docks; fire protection; mechanical; and electrical systems. The intended use of the building is for an e-commerce sortation facility.
