Construction is moving along for the Kingston&Co condominiums on Kingston Road in Toronto.

TAS and Main & Main along with Bird Construction are constructing the eight-storey building that will step up to 10-storeys on the west side with a total of 146 units. The project will have a yoga studio, a fitness centre and a party room on the second floor with retail and a restaurant on the ground floor. The rooftop terrace will feature private bed gardens and communal growing space along with outdoor dining and a barbecue area. The project was designed by Teeple Architects and Mason Studio is the interior designer. Subtrades include Summit Forming Ltd. (formwork); Malfar Mechanical Inc. (mechanical); Centennial Electric Group (electrical) and WJ Waterproofing (waterproofing/roofing).
