Construction is progressing on the Riverside condos in Markham, Ont.
The owner is Times Group Corporation and Life Construction Inc. is the construction manager. The work includes two-eight storey buildings and one 28-storey building with a total of over 600 units. The project will have a fitness centre with a walk-out to the outdoor patio, ping pong, billiards and card lounges, a library/WiFi lounge, a party room complete with a fireside dining area, a bar and access to an outdoor patio. The 10th floor will have an outdoor pool and sun deck with a landscaped terrace. Completion is scheduled for early 2018 and the project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural); and M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical); Trace Engineering Ltd. (electrical); and Hefele Makowka Design Associates (interior).
