MONTREAL — Quebec developer Prevel has announced the release of 101 new units in the third phase of its multi-use development known as 21e arrondissement in Montreal.
The new phase, which completes the western half of the project, offers townhomes and condominiums in a nine-storey building, indicates the Prevel media statement issued Feb. 16. Condos will be available in one- and two-bedroom layouts and studios. Unit sizes range from 306 to 1,150 square feet.
Common areas will include a Grand Salon and Winter Garden, a 4,400-square-foot fitness centre with an indoor swimming pool and spa, rooftop terraces with views of Montreal, outdoor swimming pools and barbecue areas and a rooftop urban agriculture space.
The project is focused around a local neighbourhood square that will have terraces and shops including a cafe and several restaurants.
Located at the corners of Saint Paul West, St-Henri and William Streets, 21e arrondissement is located west of Old Montreal and east of Griffintown.
Other major projects from Prevel in Montreal include Lowney sur Ville, S sur le Square, Bassins du Havre, Imperial Lofts, Le Seville and Quai de la Commune.
