Owner/general contractor of the 20-storey project with over 200 units is The Conservatory Group and completion has been scheduled for late 2011. T

The project was designed by EI Richmond Architects Ltd. and Hudson Kruse Design is interior designer. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Conestoga Rovers & Associates (mechanical/electrical); Masongsong Associates Engineering Ltd. (civil) and Alexander Budrevics & Associates (landscape).
