NEEBING, ONT. — The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) is investigating after a worker was run over by a truck and killed in Neebing, Ont.
On Sept. 13, the MLTSD was notified of a workplace incident causing fatal injuries at a project in Neebing.
The constructor is Bayview Renovations & Contracting and the employer is Allen Equipment Contracting Corp.
MLTSD inspectors attended the scene and issued two orders and two requirements to the constructor, and 12 requirements to the employer.
The investigation is ongoing.
