MISSISSAUGA, ONT. — Peel police are reporting a male construction worker was airlifted to hospital with critical injuries after falling into a pit at a jobsite near Novar Road and Dundas Street West in Mississauga.
The incident occurred shortly before 8:30 a.m. this (Feb. 5) morning.
Dundas Street was closed in both directions between Confederation Parkway and Highway 10. The roadway has since reopened.
