KITCHENER, ONT. — Canadian construction management firm Govan Brown has opened a new office in Kitchener, Ont.
A Dec. 18 statement from the firm said its new office at 87 King St. W. will enable it to better serve its clients throughout the Kitchener/Waterloo area and across southern Ontario.
Govan Brown specializes in interior construction and renovation work, ranging from large-scale corporate headquarters to boutique retail spaces.
The Kitchener office marks the company’s sixth location — it’s headquartered in Toronto with other offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa and a joint venture office in Montreal.
The firm already has several jobs in the region, the release said.
“We are thrilled to officially be part of the innovative and dynamic Kitchener community,” said Joseph Kirk, president of Govan Brown, in the release.
