The IntegraSpec® system consists of stay-in-place expanded polystyrene concrete form panels. The user-friendly panels are shipped to the job site flat, in easy-to-handle bundles, then installed in courses and spaced with patented interlocking spacers. Once poured, the wall structure is ready for any exterior or interior finish.
Applications
With up to 3.1m (10') continuous pour height, IntegraSpec ICFs are suitable for residential, institutional and commercial applications, including super-insulated walls with any concrete thickness. IntegraSpec offers five features in one application: diverse structural integrity; super insulation; 41.3mm (1-5/8") furring strips/studs; vapour barrier; and air barrier.
Features, Advantages
•Dove-tailed panel interiors ensure proper concrete placement.
•Panel exteriors have visible 25.4mm (1") cut lines to clearly indicate furring/studs and deep grooves for steel channel placement to meet commercial fire codes.
•Inserts are moulded inside the panels, 203.2mm (8") on centre, to provide furring/studs, reinforcement against form unit bulging and connection for spacers.
•IntegraBucks provide a fastening strip at the face of any opening.
•Patented form units are bi-directional, which reduces waste and installation time.

Sizes
Spacers are available in 101.6, 127, 152.4, 203.2, 254, and 304.8mm(4", 5", 6", 8", 10" and 12") sizes, and can be combined for increased concrete core thicknesses. Spacers are designed for fast snap-in-place rebar for a choice of steel sizes and spacing. They can also be easily cut to quick form openings and provide specific heights.
