Geranium Corporation has started construction of phase two of the Cardinal Point subdivision in Whitchurch-Stouffville.
Located at Main Street and Highway 48, phase two of the development will include 161 two-storey townhome units. The units will range in size from 1,200 square feet to 2,500 square feet, and will be separated into 12 wood-framed structures. A fuel-fired system will heat the units.
Phase two be approximately 322,000 square feet in area.
The townhomes have been designed by RN Design in Vaughan. Tovtel Enterprises Ltd own the development and Geranium Corporation will build the units.
Construction is expected to be complete by summer or fall 2009.
