A bird’s eye view shows work is progressing on the Gooderham Condominiums at the Distillery in Toronto. Development Corp.

Tucker Hi-Rise Construction Ltd. is construction manager of the 37-storey, 325-unit project and the owner is Cityscape Development Corp. The tower will include two levels of underground parking, state-of-the-art fitness facility, a multi-purpose room, swimming pool, rooftop terrace and two guest suites.

The project was designed by architectsAlliance and subcontractors include: Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavating); Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd. (foundation) and Italform Ltd. (formwork).
