A section gets hoisted up at the Milan Condominiums at Yonge and Church streets in Toronto, Ontario.
The Conservatory Group is owner/construction manager of the 37-storey project with 322 units and five levels of underground parking. The tower will include a health club, conference room, billiards, a theatre, an indoor pool and library.
The project was designed by E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Isherwood Associates (shoring consultant); Sernas Associates (civil) and Hudson Kruse Design (interior).
