Window installation progresses on The Carlaw loft and townhomes at Carlaw Avenue and Dundas Street East in Toronto, Ont.
Streetcar Developments Inc. is the owner/developer of the 12-storey mid-rise building with 21 live/work townhomes and 320 lofts with completion scheduled for summer 2015. The project will also have a performing arts facility that will be home to the Crow’s Theatre, venues for cultural programming and community events, a multipurpose theatre, rehearsal hall, commercial kitchen and café, a fitness centre, two guest suites, a rooftop terrace and a lobby with gallery space. The architects are Giovanni A. Tassone Architects Inc./TACT Architecture Inc. and the interior designer is Seven Haus Design.
