Work is progressing on the Aqualina at Bayside Toronto condominiums in Toronto.

Developer Tridel Corp. in a joint venture with Hines along with Deltera Inc. are constructing the 13-storey, 363-unit project that will have a games room, party room, fitness centre, spa, a theatre room, a rooftop lounge with bar, and outdoor terrace with pool and barbecue area. The project was designed by Arquitectonica and working drawings were done by Kirkor Architects. Consultants are II BY IV DESIGN (interior) and DTAH/West 8 (landscape). Subtrades include: GFL Excavating; Straw (formwork); Jay Electric and Network Mechanical.
