Window installation is moving up at the Vox condominiums on Wellesley Street east in Toronto.
The 35-storey, 337-unit project by Cresford Developments will have a lounge, billiards room, party room, a landscaped outdoor terrace with barbecue, a dining room connected to a kitchen, theatre room, library lounge, media room, fitness centre and yoga space, and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Lam & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Gluckstein Design Planning Inc. (interior); and NAK Design Strategies (landscape).
