Construction is on the rise for the Redpath Condos at 150 Redpath Ave. in Toronto, Ont.

Capital Developments and Freed Developments are the developers and the project is being constructed by Broccolini Construction. The work includes a 38-storey, 543-unit tower with and a podium and retail. Amenities will include a party room, a gym, a yoga studio and a lounge. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019 and it was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are; Jablonsky Ast + Partners (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical); Johnson Chou (interior design) and NAK Design Strategies (landscape). Subtrades include St. Marys (concrete).
