Installation of NLT slabs continues at the 80 Atlantic Avenue project in Toronto.
Developer of the five-storey, timber-frame building that will contain office space and retail with two levels of underground parking, is Hullmark Developments Ltd. Eastern Construction Ltd. is the construction manager. Completion has been scheduled for early 2019 and the project was designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Structural consultant is Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. Subtrades include Timmerman Timberworks Inc. (timber frame installer) and Nordic Structures is the supplier of the glulam columns and beams.
