Work is moving along for the Fortune at Fort York Condominiums in Toronto.
The project by Onni Group will include one 32-storey tower atop a podium with 511 units, townhomes and four levels of underground parking. Amenities include a cafe with lounge area, landscaped outdoor courtyard with barbecues, dining area, lounge seating with fireplaces, a wellness centre with a professionally equipped fitness centre and a rooftop outdoor fitness area, his/her change rooms, a yoga studio, steam room, sauna and relaxation tubs, a party room with chef’s kitchen, custom bar and access to outdoor courtyard, a theatre room, meeting room, an outdoor bocce court and putting green, a year round fenced outdoor dog walking area and guest suites. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. Subtrades include Pro Green Demolition, GFL Environmental and Limen Group.
