Work has reached the top floor of the Beech House boutique condominiums on Kingston Road in Toronto.
The project by Mitchell & Associates and being constructed by LCL Builds includes one seven-storey building with 95 terraced suites and a YMCA facility on the ground floor and first basement level. The YMCA will have a gym, pool, therapy pool, group fitness areas, child minding, and spaces for youth and community programs. The project was designed by Richard Ziegler Architect Inc. and Ferris + Associates Inc. are the landscape architects.
