The church will be converted into lofts that will be surrounded by a new four-storey condominium. The design team includes Finegold Alexander Architects for the heritage conversion of the church, Turner Fleischer for the contemporary residences, ERA Architects for the Heritage Conservation plan, MEP Design for landscaping and U31 for interiors. Amenities include a multi-purpose lounge with fireplace, fitness centre with yoga studio and sauna and landscaped rooftop amenity area with lounge barbecue and fire pit. There will be 15 church lofts and 55 suites in the new residence, in sizes ranging from 632 to 3,081 square feet. The Sanctuary Church Lofts are priced from $1 million and the new residences from the mid-$600s.
