Window installation continues to move up at the Pier 27 Tower on the Lake condominiums at 15 Queens Quay E. in Toronto.

Developers Cityzen Development and Fernbrook Homes, along with construction manager TMG Builders are constructing the 34-storey, 421-unit tower with four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are Entuitive Corp (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: GFL (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring); Verdi Alliance (formwork); Network Mechanical; Mayfair Electric; Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (waterproofing); Sky Windows; Affinity Railings; and Natexs Sheet Metal (Metal Cladding).
