Construction is moving up at the Platform Condos on Danforth Avenue in Toronto.

Sierra Building Group is the owner of the project and LCL Builds is the construction manager. The project includes one nine-storey, 92-suite building with a fitness room, party room, outdoor terrace and two levels of underground parking. It was designed by Kirkor Architects and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Cole Engineering Group (civil).
