Work is moving along for the Brixton mixed-use development on Dufferin Street in Toronto.
The owners are Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc./CentreCourt and the development company is Fitzrovia Capital/Dufferin Residences LP. EllisDon is the construction manager and the work includes three buildings that will range from nine to 13 storeys with approximately 400 units, office space and ground floor retail. Amenities will include a full-sized gym, yoga room, party/entertainment room and an outdoor pool with cabana and barbecue area. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architect and consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), MCW Group (mechanical/electrical) and NAK Design Strategies (landscape).
