Waterproofing work continues up the Platform Condos on Danforth Avenue in Toronto.

Sierra Building Group is the owner and LCL Builds is the construction manager. The project includes one nine-storey, 92-suite building with a fitness room, party room, outdoor terrace and two levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Cole Engineering Group (civil).
