Facade work continues for the Home Power + Adelaide condos on Power Street in Toronto.

The developers are Hullmark/Great Gulf Homes and the builder is Tucker HiRise Construction. The project includes a 22-storey tower with over 500 suites, over three levels of underground parking and a podium with retail. Amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, a pet spa, an outdoor pool and steam rooms, a meeting room and lounge, an event room with caterer’s kitchen, a community garden, outdoor grills and a fireplace. The project was designed by Core Architects. The interior design is by TACT Architecture and the landscape architect is Ferris + Associates Inc. Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical).
