Facade work is moving up on The Taylor mixed-use rental tower on Spadina Avenue in Toronto.

Tricon Capital Group Inc. and MOD Developments Inc. are the developers and the construction manager is Deltera Inc. The project includes one 36-storey rental tower with 286 suites, office/commercial space, retail at grade and four levels of underground parking. The architects for the project are Diamond Schmitt Architects and Graziani + Corazza Architects. Consultants are: RJC Engineers (structural); EQ Building Performance Inc. (geotechnical); Reinbold Engineering Group (mechanical); Nemetz & Associates Ltd. (electrical); Odan Detech Group Inc. (civil); Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior); and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape). Subtrades include: Michael Bros Excavating; Res Group of Companies (formwork); Jay Electric; and Otis Elevators Inc.
