Construction has reached the second floor at the Danny Danforth Condos on Danforth Avenue in Toronto.
Gala Developments is the owner/developer and the construction manager is Corebuild Construction Ltd. The project includes one 10-storey, 140-suite boutique-building with ground floor retail and three levels of underground parking. The building will have a fitness centre and a party room with a bar and lounge and a terrace. The architect and interior designer is OneSpace Unlimited Architect and consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); Condeland Engineering Ltd. (civil); Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Walker, Nott, Dragicevic Associates; and Thinc Design (landscape). Subtrades include Limen Group and Dufferin Concrete.
