Facade work has reached the top floor of the Junction Factory mixed-use, boutique building at 3385 Dundas St. W. in Toronto.

The owner is Habitat For Humanity – Toronto and Terra Firma Homes Corp. is the developer. SKYGRiD Construction Inc. is the general contractor and the project includes one seven-storey building with 131 rental units including eight “Habitat Units” secured through Habitat for Humanity’s joint affordable housing ownership initiative with the City of Toronto for low-income families. The ground floor will contain retail space. The project was designed by Tregebov Cogan (TC) Architect and the Landscape Architect is Site/C Landscape Architecture Inc. Consultants are CSC Group Ltd. (structural) and ABS Group (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Dolente (site services); Dufferin Concrete; Ironstone (forming); Marli Mechanical; and Zerem Electric.
