Work is progressing at the 8 Haus Boutique Condos on Dufferin Street in Toronto. The project, by developer Royalpark Homes along with construction manager Riise Building, includes one eight-storey building with 99 suites and two levels of underground parking. There will be retail/commercial space at ground level and amenities include a party room and rooftop terrace. The project was designed by Romanov Romanov Architects and consultants are Atkins Van Groll Inc. (structural), TRAK International (GeoExchange) and The HIDI Group (mechanical/electrical).
