Facade work is reaching the top floor of the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre at the University of Toronto on College Street in Toronto.
The first phase of the project by EllisDon Corp. includes one 12-storey west tower that will focus on AI and innovation and will house the Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence and the Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society. The owner is the University of Toronto and the project was designed by WEISS/MANFREDI in collaboration with Teeple Architects. Consultants are Thornton Tomasetti (structural), Crossey Engineering (electrical), Bousfields Inc., IBI Group (civil) and DTAH Architects Ltd. (landscape).
