VAUDREUIL-DORION, QUE. — Provider of material handling equipment Hangcha Forklift Canada will celebrate the grand opening of its 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Mississauga, Ont. Oct. 3, which will extend the company’s reach throughout Canada.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangcha Group, the new addition complements the existing warehouses in Vaudreuil-Dorion and Vancouver, allowing the company to maintain an inventory of 550 units at any given time.
The grand opening will be hosted by Hangcha Canada at 3500 Laird Rd #1 and welcomes dealers, customers, industry professionals, local businesses and media representatives. It will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m., followed by networking.
“Hangcha Canada’s expansion plan signifies our dedication to Canada’s material handling industry. In January 2024, we will be expanding our headquarters in Quebec to include a state-of-the-art, onsite training centre and a parts department, allowing us to keep up with Canada’s ever-growing demand for our electric (lithium-ion) product line,” said Robert Pitzul, vice president of sales with Hangcha Canada, in a statement.
