ST. PAUL, MINN. – Big-D Midwest, along with Real Estate Equities and Urbanworks Architecture, recently celebrated the opening of The Landing at Amber Fields, which is an affordable housing development located in Rosemount, Minn.
The project is part of the larger Amber Fields development that includes new construction homes and retail space.
The 160-unit project offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom options. Community amenities include a club room, fitness room, underground parking, outdoor patio, playground and dog park, states a release.
“The Landing at Amber Fields was a great success alongside Real Estate Equities and Urbanworks Architecture,” said Cory Schubert, president of Big-D Construction Midwest, in a statement. “Special thanks to the City of Rosemount for working with the entire team to bring this project to a fast-growing community with increasing high affordable housing demand.”
