This week on TCR Express digital media editor Warren Frey talks with Journal of Commerce staff writer Russell Hixson about his recent talk with Gensler, the global design firm that’s working on a new kind of laboratory configuration that takes new factors such as COVID-19 and outside ventilation into account amongst other factors. Russell also attended the recent Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia transportation conference which addressed infrastructure concerns after B.C. was slammed with devastating floods last November which wiped out many major bridges and highways.

DCN staff writer Angela Gismondi also covered sessions from the Ontario Road Builders’ Association Summit last week and spoke with Andy Manahan, former head of the Residential and Civil Alliance of Ontario.
