The B.C. chapter of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies recently held its 29th annual awards of excellence gala, a celebration of the projects British Columbia companies are building both at home and across the world.
ACEC BC president Keith Sashaw spoke to the Journal of Commerce about both the awards and the continuing innovation he sees in the projects highlighted at the event.
Sashaw also pointed to the global nature of many of the projects, from work done in New Orleans for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to an expansive bridge in India and a highway running through the Northwest Territories to the Arctic Ocean.
