EDMONTON, ALTA. – Edmonton’s Stantec Tower will welcome law firm Bennett Jones as a new tenant in the coming months.
The law firm will occupy 50,000 square feet on the 14th and 15th floors of the tower.
Stantec Tower was completed in 2019. The 69-storey structure is managed by Canderel.
With the deal in place, Canderel will be working on fitting out the facility to prepare for the occupancy. Avison Young’s Cory Wosnack acted as real estate adviser for the property and Cushman and Wakefield’s Shane Asbell represented Bennett Jones.
