Gagnon Law Bozzo Urban Design is seeking draft plan approvals on behalf of Mattamy Homes for an approximate $10 million residential development called Mount Pleasant Village.
Located west of Creditview Road, north of Bovaird Drive, east of The James Potter Extension, the development is expected to include 1244 residential units.
Of the 1244 units, 210 units will be single-detached homes, 215 units will be rear lane townhomes, 19 will be live/work townhomes, 301 will be standard street townhomes and 490 will be mixed-use units.
The project is expected to proceed in three phases, but the scope of work for each phase has not been released. Gagnon Law Bozzo Urban Design expects the draft plan approvals to be in place by March 2009.
Quadra Design Studios Inc. will complete the designs, but have not started work yet.
