The Beasley is taking shape in downtown Vancouver. The development includes a residential tower with 33 storeys above grade, three-storey townhouses at podium level and commercial space at grade.
The owner/general contractor is Amacon Development Corp. and the project was designed by GBL Architects Inc.
Consulting engineers on the project include Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural), Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical), GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. (geotechnical) and BR Thorson Consulting Ltd. (other).
