The Westerleigh Retirement Residence has started to take shape in West Vancouver, British Columbia. The building consists of 130 units for seniors, amenities and retail space at grade, as well as room for Elder College.
The Westerleigh Retirement Residence has started to take shape in West Vancouver, British Columbia. The building consists of 130 units for seniors, amenities and retail space at grade, as well as room for Elder College.
Besharat Friars Architects is the architect and Walter Francl Architect Inc. completed the preliminary design. The project will be built to LEED standards.
Consulting Engineers on the project include Glotman & Simpson (structural), Cobalt Engineering (mechanical), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical) and PWL Partnership Landscape Architects Inc.
