SURREY, B.C. — The Health and Technology District, by ICT Group and Lark Group, has announced Hilton will be expanding into Surrey as an anchor for their nearly completed City Centre 4 (CC4) building.
Homewood Suites by Hilton will be integrated within the CC4 building, taking the top nine floors from levels 17 to 25 with 132,000-square-foot total space including a 6,000-square-foot rooftop amenity space with a bar and patio, barbecue area, fire pit and backyard lawn areas. The hotel will feature 189 studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping spaces and fully equipped kitchens.
The latest CC4 building is part of the Health and Technology District, which is being described as an innovation ecosystem where a cluster of business, health, academic and technology-based organizations have been focused on supporting growth across B.C.’s emerging business and innovation economy, states a release.
The mixed-use 24-storey, 350,000-square-foot CC4 building will also be home to health, business and educational institutions, including Western Community College’s expanding Surrey campus, as well as B.C.-owned and operated Stong’s Market and STEMS floral shop. CC4 is set for completion in Q4 2025.
