Balcony work moves up at the Monde Condominiums on Bonnycastle Street in Toronto.
The owner is Great Gulf Homes and Tucker HiRise is the construction manager. The project includes one 46-storey tower with 516 units and a podium with ground floor retail. The amenities will be located on the 11th floor and it will have six levels of underground parking. Completion on the project has been scheduled for 2019. Moshe Safdie & Associates are the architects and Quadrangle Architects are architects/consultants. Other consultants are Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior); and Janet Rosenberg (landscape). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating and Grading; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. and Italform Ltd. (formwork).
