Window work is moving up on the Mark condos in Markham, Ont.

Empire Communities and Pace Developments are constructing the 18-storey, 220-unit building that will have guest suites, an exercise room, a party room complete with kitchen and private dining area, a wet bar and lounge area with fireplace, an entertainment room with games area, billiards and wet bar, an outdoor landscaped terrace with a barbecue, a car wash bay and car share and bicycle storage. The project was designed by Kohn Partnership Architects Inc. and the interior designer is U31 Inc.
