Construction has reached above-grade for the Canoe Landing multi-use community development at Fort York Boulevard and Brunel Court in Toronto.
Colliers Project Leaders are the project managers and The Atlas Corporation/Buttcon Limited Joint Venture is the constructor. The work includes two buildings connected by an enclosed pedestrian bridge with one building containing a recreation centre and the other containing a child care centre and two elementary schools. The exterior/interior spaces were designed by ZAS Architects and The Planning Partnership did the landscape design. WSP Canada Inc. is the civil, mechanical and electrical consultant.
