Work continues high up on the Vida condos in the Bayview Village area of Toronto.
Castle Group Developments along with TMG Construction Inc. are constructing the eight-storey boutique building with 196 units and two levels of underground parking. The building will have a fitness centre, games room, multi-purpose party room and an outdoor barbecue area. The project was designed by HCA Architecture. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Quinn Design Associates (landscape). Subtrades include: RES Forming; RES Precast; OZZ Electric; Primo Mechanical; Tomar Ventilation; Primeline Windows; and State Railings.
