Work progresses as a form gets lifted into place at the site of the former CHUM Radio building for The Jack Condos at 1331 Yonge St. in Toronto.
The developer/builder is Aspen Ridge Homes and the project includes one 11-storey boutique building with 150 units, retail on the ground floor and below grade. Amenities include a fitness centre, a lounge and a bar. The project was designed by Quadrangle Architects. The interior design is II BY IV DESIGN and the landscape is by The MBTW Group | W Architect Inc.
