Window installation is moving up the Zen King West Condos on Western Battery Road in Toronto.

The project by CentreCourt Developments Inc. includes a 31-storey, 538-suite tower with ground floor retail and six levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a 5,000-square-foot gym with running track and a zen spa. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MCW/AGE Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical) and Figure 3 (interior design). Subtrades include Structform (formwork), Leader Plumbing (mechanical), Panson Electric, Titan Mechanical (HVAC), Torino Drywall and State Window Corp.
