Window installation is moving up on the Fortune at Fort York Condominiums in Toronto.
The project by Onni Group will include one 32-storey tower atop a podium with 511-units, townhomes and four levels of underground parking. Amenities include a cafe with lounge area, landscaped outdoor courtyard with barbecues, dining area, lounge seating with fireplaces a wellness centre with fitness centre and rooftop outdoor fitness area, his/her change rooms, yoga studio, steam room, sauna and relaxation tubs, a party room with chef’s kitchen, custom bar and access to outdoor courtyard, a theatre room, meeting room, outdoor bocce court and putting green, year round fenced outdoor dog walking area and guest suites. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. Subtrades include Pro Green Demolition, GFL Environmental and Limen Group.
