The developer is the Alterra Group of Companies and the work includes one 36-storey tower with 362 suites and retail space on the ground floor. Amenities will include an indoor fitness studio with yoga room and Zen inspired sauna, 360 degree outdoor running track, two party rooms, a study room, conference room, Wi-Fi lounge, library, billiards room, games room, outdoor dining and lounge areas, bicycle room, pet wash station and guest suites. The project was designed by Richmond Architects Ltd. and the interior designer is U31. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
