Construction moves along on the Tretti Condos in Toronto.
The developer/construction manager is Collecdev and the work includes one 16-storey tower and one 13-storey tower with a total of 517 suites and three levels of shared underground parking. There will be 50 affordable ownership units and 50 affordable rental units and both buildings include indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including a rooftop terrace on the 13th floor and community use space at grade. The architect and the landscape architect is GH3 and the interior designer is esQape. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MCW Group (mechanical/electrical), Fabian Papa and Partners Inc. (civil), and BA Consulting Group Ltd. Subtrades include Roni Excavating and the crane is being erected by Applewood Forming.
