Construction is taking shape for the Plaza Midtown Condos at Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue in Toronto.

Developer Plazacorp along with construction manager TMG Builders Inc. are constructing a 27-storey tower and 34-storey tower with a total of 545 suites, four guest suites and three levels of underground parking. Amenities include event space, a bar, party room with a catering kitchen and dining areas, private and communal lounge spaces and a media and games room. The project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Novatrend Engineering (mechanical/electrical) and NAK Design Strategies (landscape).
